You may return an item within 7 day of receiving your order provided:
The product is unused and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories, is fully intact, and is in a 100% re-saleable condition.
The supplier and/or SweepSouth Shop are entitled to inspect the product in order to validate the return and refund. On confirmation of the return meeting the specific requirements, a full refund will be issued by SweepSouth Shop. All refund requests must be submitted directly to SweepSouth Shop on firstname.lastname@example.org
In instances where the incorrect product is delivered to you, or where a product is damaged during the delivery process please notify our support desk at email@example.com a no-charge collection will be arranged. Policies as per above will apply, and if available, the correct product will be delivered to you. Alternatively a full refund will be processed on your request.
Defective products will be assessed individually by the supplier once the product has been returned in condition as per above. Replacement of a defective product will be determined by the nature of the fault.
